Made in Corsica by the Paoli family in the Luri region, this coppa, tender and tasty, is eaten finely cut as an aperitif, with melon, or on a savory tart. Made with pork loin, this meat is pink and marbled with tasty fat, dried and smoked in an artisanal way with quality pork.
