Our artisanal myrtle cream is prepared with myrtle berries collected in Corsica, macerated in red wine with a sugar syrup. A gourmet preparation, it is combined with white wine for a Corsican kir, or is enjoyed as a coulis on vanilla ice cream or a sorbet.
