Corsican “ripe fruity” olive oil (25cl)

Our organic “ ripe fruity ” olive oil has an incomparable taste, sweet and fruity. Made exclusively with olives of the Capanacce variety, a small olive with intense aromas, harvested when ripe, this oil is long in the mouth and of great aromatic richness: notes of hazelnuts, linden, grilled pine... In cooking we will use it on fish, white meat and all starchy foods; and of course for mayonnaises or aioli. It will even slip into certain desserts such as roasted fruit, citrus salads, or poached peaches with mint.
