Lonzu Corse Artisanal - Giudicelli

Handcrafted in Corsica by the Paoli family in the Luri region, this lonzu, tender and tasty, is eaten finely cut as an aperitif, with melon, or on a savory tart. Made with pork tenderloin, this meat is light pink, sometimes surrounded by tasty fat, dried and smoked in an artisanal way with quality pork.
