Grape variety with pink and crunchy grains, sciaccarellu grows on our micro-terroir and gives us a ruby ​​red wine, supple and very aromatic: red fruits, almonds, flowers of the maquis, spices, coffee, pepper... You will appreciate it served fresh, like a rosé, to accompany grilled meats and salads, under the Corsican sun.
